■Achieving high security with easy operation <br />Basically, you can encrypt files and authenticate your device just by operating the USB key. You can also encrypt existing files and folders without changing their structure.

■Secure encryption key/USB
Since the encryption key (password) is recorded in a dedicated USB, manual entry is not required and it cannot be viewed by a third party. In addition, the dedicated USB is tamper-resistant*¹, so unauthorized data cannot be read or tampered with.

C4U Enterprise is divided into two parts: a "key management application" that issues user keys and specifies user settings, and a "client application" that users actually use on their terminals.
Administrators set user privileges in the "key management application" and users cannot change the settings arbitrarily in the "client application", so they can be used with confidence.

■Two-factor authentication for devices
You can log on by inserting the USB key, log off or lock the screen by removing it, and only the owner of the USB key can log on to the device. Depending on the settings, you can log on using not only a USB key but also a Windows ID and password, or a user password (PIN).

 ■Automatic encryption/decryption
By removing and inserting the USB key, you can encrypt/decrypt only specified folders and files.

You can register your own "user key" and up to 5 "group keys" in one USB key.
