Basic Policy on Information Security

1. Aim of Information Security

We shall strive to ensure information security, as part of our efforts to maintain and improve corporate value. We shall apply the ISMS Conformity Assessment System as a management tool to prevent loss, theft, misuse, or leakage of information assets related to laws and regulations, information assets related to contracts with customers, and important information assets owned by us.

2. Scope of Application

This Policy shall apply to all of our operations.

3. Responsibilities of the Management

Management shall promote the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of our management system in order to ensure information security activities are conducted throughout our company. In addition, we shall continuously provide necessary training to employees in order to enhance understanding and awareness of the importance of information security activities.
