Compliance reporting/consultation desk

Introduction

Focus Systems Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides "compliance reporting" based on the Whistleblower Protection Act to those who work for the Company and its affiliated companies, as well as those from companies that have business relationships with the Company.・We have set up a consultation desk.

This contact point will be used to report or provide consultation to related parties of our company, our affiliated companies, and companies with which we have business relationships, when a "fact subject to reporting" as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Act has occurred or is about to occur. This will be the point of contact for you to do so.

1. Target of reporting/consultation

(1) Officers of our company and affiliated companies

(2) Workers of our company and affiliated companies (employees, contract employees, part-time workers, temporary workers, retirees*)

(3) Officers and workers of companies that have business relationships with our company

*Retirees must be within one year of retirement.

2. Contents subject to reporting/consultation

A "reportable fact" stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Whistleblower Protection Act has occurred or is about to occur among an officer or worker of the Company.

Please note that reports made for the purpose of obtaining fraudulent profits, causing damage to others, or any other fraudulent purpose will not be considered public interest reporting.

3. How to report/consult

When making a report or consultation, please fill out the necessary information on the Compliance Report and Consultation Desk Form and send it to us.

Please note that you can report and consult anonymously, but if you remain anonymous, we will not be able to report on your progress and results, nor will we be able to confirm that you are not being treated disadvantageously as a result of your report or consultation.
