- Easily and securely exchange encrypted passwords By generating passwords using public key cryptography, you can prevent passwords from being leaked to third parties and exchange passwords safely.

・Prevent recovery by deleting files with a shredder Normal file deletion may not completely erase the data, and there is a risk that it may be recovered by a third party.
FP Pro.'s shredder deletion function prevents information from leaking even if the file is restored, since it will not be able to be opened correctly.

- Encrypt files with simple operations You can easily create an encrypted file by simply dragging and dropping the file you want to encrypt onto the startup screen.

・Reducing the work of sending and receiving files via email Encrypted files are zip-compressed, so they can be attached to emails as is, which is efficient. Additionally, you can add a password to the zip file and change the extension of the exe file, reducing the possibility of detection by mailers.

・Automatic password generation
Auto-generated 12-digit passwords maintain a consistent level of security. Additionally, since the password is different each time, it is effective for passing data to an unspecified number of users.

・Automatic generation of encrypted files
By installing the FP Pro. DLL version into your system and setting the file and encryption key, you can automatically create an encrypted file. In addition, it is possible to improve work efficiency, such as late-night execution and creation of large amounts of encrypted files.

-Selectable file formats Two types of files can be created: "Normal encrypted files" that can be decrypted with the existing product FP Pro. and "Self-decrypting files" that can be decrypted even in environments where the existing product FP Pro. , you can select the file format.

- Deletion monitoring for decrypted files If the file is in a self-decrypting file format, the decrypted file will be automatically deleted by the deletion monitoring function after the user opens and views the file.
