"cotchi cotchi" is an application that prevents children from being left behind at outdoor childcare facilities.
When children are taken to daycare facilities outside the facility, a BLE beacon is attached to them and the app is started on the attached smartphone. If the child moves beyond a certain distance from the caregiver, an alert notification is sent, preventing the child from being left behind.

■Using our own product “Thin small beacon FCS1301”
-Uses a small beacon that is 3mm thick and weighs 5g, so it can be worn with minimal burden on the child.
・Thin and small, it can be easily attached by putting it in a name badge badge.

■Alert function <br />If no radio waves are received from the transmitter (beacon) worn by the child for a certain period of time, an alert will sound.
Along with the alert, a message from the PUSH notification will also be displayed, and the icon will turn red on the screen.

■Smart watch function <br />At the time of an alert, a message will be displayed on the smart watch side by vibration and push notification.
Since there is no need to operate the app screen, you can check the information without having to cover your hands or take your eyes off the child.

■List registration function <br />You can register child names by group or class.
By registering on the list, the child's name will be displayed when alerted.
Also, since you can set the names of multiple children to one beacon, there is no need to purchase beacons for all children.

As part of its safety measures project, the Children and Families Agency will provide "expenses for introducing equipment that contributes to safety measures, such as child monitoring services using ICT (systems using GPS and Bluetooth, etc.)" in FY2020. It is also budgeted for and can be applied for as a subsidy.
