Launch of "acuagraphy online," a cloud-based digital watermarking service developed in-house! - A simple and low-cost way to prevent unauthorized use of still images -

Focus Systems Corporation(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mori Keiichi; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will release a new service called "acuagraphy online" on November 14, 2025, which provides digital watermarking functions on the cloud.

Digital watermarking is a technology that embeds specific information in an invisibly manner into digital data such as still images, videos, and audio, and can be used to protect content rights and prevent unauthorized use.

Due to the increasing demand for digital rights management and the growing need to protect intellectual property in a variety of industries, the global market for digital watermarking technology is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9.4% from 2025 to 2031, reaching US$248 million*1 by 2031. This is making digital watermarking, which can be easily used in a wider variety of environments, increasingly important.

We have previously provided the on-premise version of "acuagraphy PictureMark" and the app version of "acuapicture" to many customers, including publishers and media companies.

However, small businesses and customers looking to start small have expressed concerns that the cost is a high hurdle and that implementation is difficult, and that they would like to be able to link it with their own systems. In response to these concerns, we have developed "acuagraphy online," which is easier and more flexible to use.

"acuagraphy online" is based on the concepts of "easy to use," "easy to use," and "always new," and various functions can be used without the need for installation or system construction, and without being OS-dependent.
